Franchising Qualifications and Information

• What is the franchise fee, royalty rate and other ongoing fees I will pay to Estrada Strategies?
  $25,000 franchise fee plus an ongoing royalty based on the services you offer to your clients and $300 per month for the National Ad Fund.
• What is my initial investment?
  The estimated initial investment required for an ESTRADA STRATEGIES Franchise ranges from $33,338.95 for the low to $67,206.95 for the high, to include the Area Development fee for two additional ESTRADA STRATEGIES Franchises.
• What does it take to financially qualify?
  Estrada Strategies recommends you have liquid cash of $30,000 to $40,000 and a net worth of $100,000
• What type of location would I operate my Estrada Strategies franchise from?
  We recommend that you lease office space and, if possible, lease an office, conference room and other services available through executive office suites or similar type arrangements. The minimum office space you will need should be no less than 10 x 12 square feet.
• How long will it take to open a Estrada Strategies franchise?
  An average of 1-3 months is typical (refer to schedule below)
  • 2-3 weeks for site selection/ evaluation
  • 1-2 weeks for lease negotiation
  • 1 week to attend the initial franchisee training in Ontario, CA
  • 1-2 weeks final opening set-up (setting up office, computer, ordering and receiving posters, etc)
• What does Estrada Strategies offer its franchisees?
  Marketing support material & guidance as well as ongoing training and a "hands-on" team of officers capable of understanding the needs of the franchisee.
• What kind of training can I expect as a new franchisee and is it mandatory?
  Once sign the franchise agreement we will schedule for you (& potentially a personal assistant or other individual) to participate in the initial 1 week training program at Estrada Strategies offices in Ontario, CA. All training is mandatory.
• What kind of on-going training and support will I receive?
  On a regular basis, we will provide you with a monthly Web Based Franchise Owners Online-club designed to familiarize you and your facilitators with the up-coming month's curriculum and sharing of best practices. In addition, we will provide 30 minute, weekly one-on-one phone coaching to you during the term of the franchise.
• I'm interested in pursuing this further, what should I do next?

• If Estrada Strategies agrees that I am a qualified prospect for its franchise system and I feel that Estrada Strategies is the right franchise system for me, how can I receive a copy of the Uniform Franchise Offering Circular ( the "UFOC") to move forward with this?
  Once you complete and submit the franchise application (click here to download), we will send you our Uniform Franchise Offering Circular. Commonly referred to as the UFOC, this document provides full and complete disclosure information about the company, our systems, requirements and structure. The document also includes a sample of the franchise agreement you would enter into. We advise you to take this information to your advisors (CPAs, attorney, business consultants) during your due diligence process to assist you in making the most informed choice possible.
